Refund policy
Due to the seasonal nature of many of our fragrances, we cannot accept exchanges or returns. We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. Upon receipt, please review your order and notify us of any quality issues.
If notified within 10 days of receipt of your order by email to millerfarmcandleco@gmail.com, we will issue a prompt exchange for the same item, or a full refund upon return. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
